speaking of cats, I used to have one just like this. her name was cleo, she was absolutely TINY and had the highest near-squeak of a meow, she was kind of a bitch sometimes but like most cats a sweetheart at the end of the day. she had a blood clot, I don’t remember now what exactly it was a complication of but one morning we woke up and she couldn’t walk or stand or feel her legs. either that day or the next we had to put her down, they couldn’t fix it and she was miserable and frightened. she was older, definitely over 10, but that didn’t make it any less sad.
