What amazes me about yoga is the opportunity to improve and tweak even the seemingly simplest of poses. Last wk in class I observed my instructor’s transition from #chaturanga to #updog and it was sooo beautiful and smooth! it inspired me to focus on being present and keeping strong in the pose at all times. It’s always harder than it looks which why I love it!
