I need to address the grievous error I made last week by not noticing/posting about Blue is the Warmest Colour, the French film that ended up winning ALL THE PALMES (basically.)  This movie stars the entrancingly beautiful Lea Seydoux and Adele Exarchopoulos and is based on a French comic about a lesbian coming of age relationship- and if that’s not enough to convince you that this is the best thing you’ll hear about this week, Variety’s review of the movie had this byline:  A searingly intimate character study marked by the most explosively graphic lesbian sex scenes in recent memory.

TO THE MOVIE HOUSE!  BRING A BIG BOOK UNDER WHICH TO HIDE OUR HANDS!
